What's included in the free period?
Every new account gets 3 months completely free on any plan — full access to all features included in your chosen tier. No credit card required. If you form your company through Maya AI, the free period extends to 6 months.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with access to additional features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
When does billing start?
Billing starts after your free period ends — 3 months for direct signups, or 6 months if you formed your company through Maya AI. You will receive a reminder before your first charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer (for annual plans). All payments are processed securely in AED. Invoices are issued monthly.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing gives you 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12). Contact us to set up annual billing after your free period.
What happens if I exceed my invoice limit?
If you approach your monthly invoice limit, we will notify you. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to increase your limit. We will never block invoice creation mid-month.
